The above mentioned payment schedule is

Option 1:
Payment in full is expected upon signing Contracts, the payment
is to include the cost of the furniture pack and Escrow Agent
fees. All monies are held in Escrow and released to the
Developer when pre-set conditions/stages of construction have
been satisfied.
Option 2: Your
property (excluding furniture pack and Escrow fees) will cost
you a further 10% if you wish to benefit from this deferred
payment plan. The cost of this is spread across the payment
plan. The 10% is calculated on the net cost of the apartment
(excluding furniture).
